Alex' first 66 hours in Australia were great, I think.
The "new" family of Tom is really friendly (especially Mary), because everybody of them was like Alex was always a part of them.
I think Alex' gonna have a lot of fun with Dani too, not just because of her beauty. ;-)
The behavior of Tom was really ignorant, Alex hadn't seen his father since 16 years.
I could understand that Alex was disappointed.
I hope he'll see his father as soon as it's possible.
The idea of writing a diary is very good so Alex never forget the time in Australia.

and i think it was very unfair from tom, that he was'nt at the airport ...

however i think, that it's strang, that alex has a diary, because he isn't a little boy and i think it's just childish ...
